Bronx native Kem Frasier, former educator of 18 years, was inspired by her fifth-grade teacher, who empowered teens. A dedicated anti-bullying advocate, she promotes peaceful conflict resolution. Through The Chandler Short Story Film, she will continue her mission to combat bullying and promote unity by directing, producing and writing the film.
